In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pka75" refers to the pka75 platform, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and authorised service providers operating the website accessible at pka75.net.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pka75 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered pka75 player account opened by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's pka75 Account.

To register and maintain an active Account on pka75, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pka75 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all real-money features including casino games, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals. This age threshold is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of location within Pakistan.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.

pka75 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above, and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements at any point after registration.

To access the real-money features of pka75, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a unique email address.

You are strictly permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. pka75 uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, EasyPaisa wallet matching, and manual review to identify duplicate Accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pka75 login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify pka75 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pka75 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
• Account names may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

pka75 reserves the right to require enhanced KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any point during your Account lifecycle, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds.

pka75 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified within the pka75 cashier at the time of the transaction and may be updated periodically.

Deposits: Funds deposited via EasyPaisa or JazzCash are typically credited to your PKR Wallet within seconds of the transfer being confirmed on your mobile wallet application. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to reflect depending on your banking institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices. EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically clear within one business day.

• Only funds originating from the Account holder's own EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank account are accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pka75 does not charge fees on standard EasyPaisa or JazzCash withdrawals. Bank transfer fees, if any, are the responsibility of the receiving institution.
• pka75 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

pka75 offers various promotional bonuses to Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time each promotion is communicated, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable real-money funds upon completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds not converted within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

All sports betting activity on the pka75 sportsbook — including PSL cricket betting, Test match markets, T20 internationals, and UFC — is governed by the specific sport and market rules published within the pka75 sportsbook interface, in addition to the general principles set out here.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation and pka75 is not liable for odds displayed in error.
• pka75 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to a palpable error in odds, whether arising from a technical fault, human input error, or data feed malfunction.
• In-play bets on live PSL and cricket markets are subject to a brief delay between bet placement and confirmation to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcast feeds.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the PKR Wallet immediately upon event settlement. Settlement timelines for specific markets are described within the sportsbook rules.
• pka75 does not accept bets from individuals with access to non-public inside information about any event on which betting markets are offered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pka75 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pka75 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any pka75 content without prior written authorisation from pka75.
• Game content displayed on pka75 is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and NetEnt. All rights in such game content remain with the respective licensors.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka75 holds its international gaming license.
